We have worked with management and staff to optimise their needs with regard to square meterage, and created some welcoming and several functional areas which promote cooperation and social interaction. Working together with Momondo, we have instigated a process of change with a view to surpassing expected goals and minimising habitual thinking.
We have incorporated areas in the interior design conducive to interdisciplinary collaboration and informal knowledge sharing, combined with areas that support a high level of activity and concentration.
In addition to workstations, meeting rooms, lounge and studies, we were responsible for customised furnishings such the reception desk, room-dividing metal walls, etc.
