Better access for cyclists and pedestrians

The assignment involved the construction of a new grocery store with significant exposure to the two adjoining roads as well as the establishment of a small arrival area offering safe access to the shop for cyclists and pedestrians.

As part of the project, work has gone into breaking down the building’s scale with the use of varied and open facades. Retail was involved in the project from the very outset, from supplying the initial sketches until handover in 2013. The consultancy services included advising on customer flow and logistics in general.

We were able to provide all the necessary services required for project development and execution thanks to our specialist employees and in-house competences! The client was therefore able to liaise with just a single contact at Årstiderne Arkitekter throughout the entire process.
