Italian brand identity and Danish cordiality come together in the 8,500 m2 car showroom with direct exposure to the busy Helsingør motorway. The manufacturer’s specific design requirements combined with a desire for a Nordic look have resulted in the distinctive architecture, which catches people’s attention and helps to further expose the exclusive high-end sports cars.
“The entire building is conceived so that nothing detracts from the cars. This has been achieved by thinking in terms of contrasts – the cars are known for being shiny and organic, while the building design is clean and simple – although with elements in contrasting colours. Stringent, matt and cuboid shapes dominate the dynamic and three-dimensional facades with apertures for showcasing the cars, while directing deliberate light effects on to the cars on display.”
